Studies done on rats show that Walnuts are also suppposed to slow or retard the cancer growths. Though the study did not discuss if it will help to prevent the cancer at all if consumed regulariy.
Walnuts should be eaten raw. It is commonly thought that nuts will make you fat. Infact if eaten raw then it helps you feel full so that the food cravings are avoided.
