Samosa is part of a tasty list of Indian chaats and snacks and is best served on a hungry evening . With a dash of green chutney this stuffed dumpling is more than just a Indian street food. Apparently after a little research, I found that Samosas are not found only in India but are popular elsewhere in various forms around the world. While some samosas are baked (as a pastry), most are deep fried in oil.
Though the festive season is round the corner, you can try making these tasty appetizers to add some fun in your kitchen and impress family. Also, Ramzan is just around the corner; you can venture out to try Hyderabadi Samosas that are prepared in the thousands during this season.
This video comes from my good friends – Hetal and Anuja from ShowMetheCurry. Follow the instructions in the video and you can surely start making yummy Samosas right after that. The video is about 10 minutes long; if you are on a slow internet connection, allow the video to load for a while and then play it.
