Cold Coffee (Ice coffee) comes with lots of fond memories of my youth. Often in the summer I would walk with friends to the nearby gas station that I had a coffee shop kiosk. There they would make the best cold coffee and freshly made cookies. When I got married and moved to the US, the cold coffee stayed back home with friends.
One day when my younger son was a senior in high school, he came home with Starbucks ice coffee (I have known that as Cold Coffee) and wanted me to try this amazing treat. He wanted to check that I also thought it was amazing and I agreed while knowing I could recreate this Starbucks treat. I decided to give him a surprise. A few days later when he was playing table tennis with his friends I made cold coffee for them and they all were surprised where I learned to make it.
Now when my son is a father of two, after a long time he asked me to make a cold coffee and he loved it as always. He suggested that I prepare a cold coffee video for the website. He says I know you will say there is nothing special with it, but he insisted that I make this video. Based on his request, I am preparing a cold coffee recipe.
