Egg Soup - An easy tomato flavoured soup recipe made with tomatoes, chicken stock and cornflour.
Recipe Ingredients
* Eggs (beaten well) - 2
* Chicken Stock - 6 cups
* Tomatoes (peeled & chopped finely) - 250g
* Cornflour (mixed with 1/4 cup water) - 2 tbsp
* Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
* Chilli Sauce - 1/4 tsp
* Vinegar - 1 tbsp
* Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp
* Sugar - 1 tsp
* Pepper - 1/4 tsp
* Salt to taste
Preparation
Bring the tomatoes to a boil alongwith the chicken stock. Remove from flame and strain. Add seasoning and cornflour and cook the mixture on a low flame till smooth, stirring continuously.
Pour the beaten eggs in a thin stream and cook till the eggs form shreds. Add soya sauce, ajinomoto, vinegar and chilli sauce.
Serve hot.
