Egg Custard - A tasty dessert to serve along with main course. Make it a rich custard, by adding chopped almonds, cashewnuts and pistachios.
Recipe Ingredients
* Eggs (beaten well) - 2
* Milk - 1 1/2 cups
* Sugar - 2 tbsp
* Gelatine (dissolved in little milk) - 25gms
* Pistachios (chopped) - a few
* Cashewnuts (chopped) - 10 to 12
* Almonds (chopped) - 10
Preparation
Bring the milk to a boil alogwith the sugar. Add the beaten eggs and cook on a low flame, stirring continuously, till the mixture thickens.
Add the gelatine mixture and pistas, cashews, almonds and simmer till the gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring continuously. Remove from flame and serve chilled.
