Easy Fruit Salad - A traditional Indian Salad made with citrous fruits like grapes, oranges, papayas etc is rich in Vitamin C. You can add more fruits as per your choice.
Recipe Ingredients
* Papaya (diced) - 1/2 cup
* Orange (segments) - 1/2 cup
* Guava (sliced) - 1/2 cup
* Grapes (halved) - 1/2 cup
* Strawberries (quartered) - 1/2 cup
* Watermelon (diced) - 1/2 cup
* Sliced Almonds (toasted) - 1 tbsp
* Lettuce (shredded) - 1 cup
* Honey - 1 tbsp
* Lime Juice - 1/4 cup
* Paprika (red chilli flakes) - 1 tbsp
* Salt - 1 tsp
Preparation
First make the dressing by combining Paprika, lime juice, honey and salt. Mix well and cool completely and store in a sterilised air tight bottle.
Before serving the salad, mix all the fruits and lettuce, pour off the dressing on the salad and serve in the bowls.
