Recipe Ingredients
* Cabbage - 1 small
* Onion (chopped) - 1
* Fat Free Chicken Broth - 4 cups
* Smoked Sausages - A few
* Skimmed Milk - 1 cup
* All Purpose Flour - 1/4 cup
* Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
First chop cabbage and keep aside. Combine onion, cabbage, sausage and chicken broth in a large saucepan. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Combine cold milk with flour and stir till smooth. Stir into soup along with salt and pepper. Heat until bubbly. Serve hot with fried breadcrumbs.
