I wanted to try the potato fry like Shriya’s Colacasia fry. I loved her colacasia fry. I made this potato fry by marinating the potatoes in the masala similar to her colacasia fry. To give variation I have added so many masalas and it gave a wonderful flavor. It will be tasty with rasam rice or curd rice.
